A Step-by-step Procedure on Protecting of Your Hair During Cold Temperatures
Hair loss is a major concern for a lot of people, especially men; protection for your hair and avoiding hair loss can be tricky especially when you’re experiencing either extremely hot weather or extremely cold weather because such temperatures have a drastic effect on your hair. Winter and summer are two of the harshest types of weather on your hair; this is an essential detail to consider especially if you are worried about the amount of hair loss you can suffer due to the winter season. If you neglect protecting your hair during cold climate, effect will be that you’ll be battling split ends, hair fall and hear breakage all throughout the cold season; planning ahead can save you from all the trouble.
First thing you should know is how to choose the right hat to guard your head and your hair during the winter season; the cold could get harsh so it’s good to cover your head when you are outdoors. When selecting what hat to purchase during the winter season, pick something that will still permit a good amount of blood circulation to your head. Your blood vessels are already experiencing a rough situation pumping blood in your body during winter time without you aggravating the situation by blocking off the veins of your scalp.
Talking about vitamins for the hair follicles, you can assist this further by ensuring you consumer the right kinds of food especially during the winter season when your hair may need extra moisture and natural oils from the follicles. Aerobics is not just advisable to loosen your limbs and strengthen your muscles; it’s also good in order for your hair to be nourished efficiently. You can also supplement your diet with Provillus and similar brands of food supplement to make sure that the blood that reaches your hair follicles are filled with the necessary vitamins and nutrients that are essential for hair growth. Provillus hair loss treatment is an all-natural supplement that gives essential nutrients so it doesn't only stop hair loss, it also strengthens the body.
Applying the proper methods when drying your hair after washing it is also important for various reasons; if you do not have the right techniques in drying your hair, chances are you’ll make your hair dry and brittle. In reality, wet hair on its own is already more rapidly destroyed because it’s soft and pliable unlike dry hair which could still be relatively sturdy; you can imagine how fragile your hair could be if it gets frozen once you step out into the cold. Prevent yourself from blow drying your hair as much as possible unless you are in a hurry and need to leave the house immediately; blow drying strips your hair of the life and natural shine that it’s supposed to have so as much as possible, take the time to just pat it dry rather than blow drying it.
It’s also important to apply conditioner to your hair after you shampoo; shampooing should only be done about three times a week, and the rest of the days should be considered “rest” days for your hair. Moisturize your hair before styling it, if you really desire to style it with curling irons or blow dryers; applying mild moisturizers will minimize the damage on your hair. Use leave on conditioners on your hair once in a while to keep it moist and shiny; brush your hair gently several times before going to bed to achieve the same effect.
Magic the gathering , help build my deck?
Hello all ,
At the very Moment in Magic , I have being using a white - blue deck I created and love it very much , however I am growing a bit bored of it and feel as though its really lacking something , yes I know I can get more white - blue cards , however I was wondering whether to add black in... I have never tried 3 colour deck before and was wondering if it would work ?
I would use the colours for the following
Blue - Flying , Island walk , counter spells and scry
White - protection , creature buffs , arrest - pacifism and a few life gaining
Black - Destroy creatures ( obviously enemies ) , life gaining and creatures with effects to wipe out enemies creatures.
Would this work ...
Thank you for your patience
bye and happy dueling
well it sounds kind of like you have too much going on in one deck.
if you fit all of those things in a deck like that, the deck would end up being too big.
and when you're deck gets too big(i know from experience) it seems like you never get the cards you want. so to make things easier try and find a purpose for your deck, like do you want a flying counter deck or do you want a protection and defense deck or something else? blue and white usually go really good together because with countering spells and protection cards like pacifism, the opponent can't really do a lot. so if i were you, i would keep it at blue and white, and focus on counter spells, flying creatures, protection cards, and just defensive cards. you can use cards like gravitational shift(really good for flying decks) and glorious anthem(all creatures +1/+1) to give your creatures boosts, and then like pacifism all of their creatures and counter and spells they try to play. then, as they can't do anything, attack them with your flying creatures.
here are some good cards to look at, they might come in handy:
palliation accord, overrule, grand arbiter augustin IV, hindering light, cancel, pacifism, venser the sojourner, recumbent bliss, kirtar's desire, weight of conscience, and so on. sorry, i can't really think of any right now, i shouldn't even be on yahoo right now, i should be getting ready(x
and a bunch of small flying creature that cost one or two mana along with cards that boost all of your creatures up, and you have a bunch of small boosted up flying creatures to attack the enemy.
i might come back and give you some more cards later, but for now i gotta go(x
you can always look up these cards or any other cards at www.magiccards.info
good luck with your deck, i hope i helped!
What If We All Shared the Road? (Green Options)
Imagine a road without lanes, without stop lights, without a bunch of signs.
You back out of your driveway, close your garage door behind you, and drive at
a slow but steady pace, alert to the fact that bicyclists and pedestrians have
the same right of way as you. You don’t speed along, only slowing down because
a sign up ahead notifies you that there’s a pedestrian crossing zone because
everywhere is a pedestrian zone. You are more alert, more cautious, more
conscientious of the road you share. Sounds farfetched, doesn’t it?
