If by any chance you started feeling something unusual like fainting, throbbing and the like, this only means that you are exposed to it too much.
Don't forget to drink lots of water before you go in the sauna, and to drink again once you're done. Most of the time, Sauna weight loss will leave you with a refreshed feeling especially after you've taken a warm bath, but if you feel tired it's best to rest for ten to twenty minutes before continuing with your day's work.
