definitely an empire waist with good coverage. it'll take attention away from your stomach if you get one with a material that glides over it, so don't go with jersey knit because that just clings! wearing a dress with too much fabric or too loose fitting will make you look bigger than you are, yet so will too tight clothing. find one that skims while showing off some of your silhouette. a silky material would look lovely, and if you could find an empire waist with a jewel or something in the middle, it will draw attention to it, making you look smaller.
