Ways To Clean A Shower Curtains
Are you trying to clean your purple shower curtain? Well you have come to the right place. Below is an overview of some of the methods you can use. At the end of reading you will be in a position to know at least 3 alternatives you can use to clear your shower curtains..
Chaging the curtains in your bathroom can be quite expensive especially if you are after quality. However, when the liner starts to develop some mold and becomes filled with soap scum – what then?
You can soak it in the bath with bleach and water. If you opt for this method you need to be careful especially if you own a colored one like a solid brown shower curtain.
The simplest and effective method is to put it in the wash. No matter the make you can just throw it in there and it will come out squeaky clean. You might have to set the machine to be at non-rinse cycle and also use a normal detergent. You should also consider putting a towel in the wash so the towel abrasiveness can help clean it up.
Another option is to soak it in some soda crystals. This is considered to be more eco-friendly than bleaching. This method is not only solid proof but it is also less contaminating to the environment as I have just mentioned. Just add the soda crystals in a water bath and leave it overnight.
You also have an option to put your red shower curtains in the wash with the soda crystals instead of a normal washing detergent|in the bath and use the soda crystals. One of the people I know even used vinegar instead of a conditioner. Note that I haven’t tried the vinegar myself but with so many testimonials I don’t see why it wouldn’t work for you – except for the smell.

Hexbug larva robot makes our skin crawl (Cnet - Crave )
Please don't let this hatch in my house.

You know what the world needs? More bugs.
It's not enough that they already outnumber us 100 million to one. Toy company
Hexbug has decided to make little robot larvae, which could hatch into the
hottest socking stuffer this holiday season.
Now, I know I'm not being completely irrational when I say I find these
plastic larvae creepy. I can see how they could be the perfect gift for tech-
savvy kids with an interest in robotics.
But come on, bugs? Who likes bugs (other than entomologists and those creepy
people who buy dead bugs in frames)?
The larvae come in five colors--green, blue, red, orange, and black--and start
at $10.99 (batteries included). Also, they don't just sit there looking like
colorful plastic larvae, but can change direction in relation to obstacles in
their path. And larvae aren't even the half of it. Hexbug has a bunch of robot
creepy-crawlies scurrying around its Web site--inchworms, ants, spiders.
I guess kids love bugs, which is why this will probably land on your 6-year-
old's holiday list.
