Dont use any non natural "lose weight" products because they are very harmful to your body and dont help in the long run. The best way to lose wait is to change your diet. Start eating as healthy as possible lots of salads and non junk food. Try getting your food at a natural health food store because their food is much much healthier.Regular stuff fromt he regular store is made with genetically modified organisms which are super bad and actually change your DNA make up. For breakfast get a bunch of fruit and make a smoothie and drink that in the morning when you wake up. I hate greens and i put bannanas, apples, strawberries,spinach (believe me you cant taste it) and a bunch of other really healthy stuff. Get some fiber and all the other good stuff you can find at a natural health food store and add that in too. Also the most important thing to health and losing weight is excersise.
