I know this is alot of questions but i want to learn bagua
so im asking this.
Yin styles include a large number of percussive techniques and fast striking combinations (Yin Fu was said to "fight like a tiger," moving in swiftly and knocking his opponent to the ground like a tiger pouncing on prey). The forms include many explosive movements and very quick and evasive footwork. Variations of the Yin Fu style have been passed down through his students and their students, including Men Baozhen, Ma Kui, Gong Baotian, Fu Zhensong, and Lu Shuitian.
Cheng styles of Baguazhang include palm changes which are done in a smooth and flowing manner, with little display of overt power (Zheng Dinghua's movement was likened to that of a dragon soaring in the clouds). Popular variants of this style include the Gao Yisheng system, Dragon style Baguazhang, "Swimming Body" Baguazhang, the Nine Palace system, Jiang Rongqiao style (probably the most common form practiced today) and the Sun Ludang style.
I don't know about Jiang, but you missed the Gao style: Gao style divides training into two categories: pre-heaven and post-heaven. Pre-heaven training includes walking the circle and practicing changing palms on the circle; this material is similar to that found in the other Cheng styles. Post-heaven training consists of 64 linear palms said to be passed down by a man known as Song Yiren; these palms are unique to the Gao system.
The Liang style was popularized by his student Li Ziming (who was the president of the Beijing Baguazhang Association for many years and who did much to spread his art worldwide).
Fu Style Bagua Zhang focus on twisting, spiraling, turning, and walking motions in producing a "tornado power." Tornado power is not only expressed in a horizontal plane. Depending on how the body is used and how the arms are coordinated in conjunction with the body movement, the "tornado power" can be used along vertical, horizontal or diagonal paths. Additionally, the power can be used in spirals that move from large to small or from small to large circular paths. Energy can be expressed in all dimensions. For example, when a ball rotates, energy can shoot off from any point. There are an infinite number of tangents off of a sphere. This is the unique style of the Fu Style Bagua Zhang.

This year the five Fall for Dance events—two performances each—sold out in
five hours: a record. Hurrah for the series, hurrah for dance (sort of) and
hurrah (definitely) for the immaculately refurbished City Center, which
already looked scruffy when I started going there, in 1948. (I was pretty
scruffy then, too, and no one has refurbished _me_.) There was a lot to be
grateful for this year, chiefly Richard Alston’s exuberant _Roughcut_ and Ohad
Naharin’s tonic _Three to Max_—but let’s get the junk out of the way first. In
some ways, the Joffrey’s offering was the most disappointing—it’s been a while
since I’ve had a chance to see this once-important company, and though the
dancers looked strong and confident, what difference can they make to a piece
as pretentious yet vapid as Edwaard Liang’s recent _Woven Dreams_? There’s an
enormous web dominating the stage, descending and ascending to break the
(overextended) piece into segments. There’s a wide spectrum of composers (very
fashionable these days). There’s a lot of blue in the costumes. There are
lifts, lifts, lifts. And there isn’t a single original idea. This is the
