I am 22 yr old.I am physically not as strong as a 22yr guy should be. 3 years ago i had abdominal hernia in left side.It's a indirect indirect inguinal hernia (where something of intestine is pushed into scrotum by hole created or herniation point). what kind of surgery ( synthetic mesh or something else ) my doctor had used i don't know. but he told me that it was a small hernia.nothing to worry & i can do everything ( cycling,physical exercise, running etc) that i was doing before, just after few days like 4 weeks of surgery (i thought doctor may say this carelessly). i just gave up everything like cycling, lifting heavy things till now as i heard that hernia is recursive but if i do all these cycling & workouts, will be there any chance that hernia may occur again at same place ?. after 3 years is hernia cured permanently means the hole created before would have been resolved naturally ?
