Invest In A Maintenance Management Software And See Your Business Soar
I’M A BIT WORRIED OVER MY HUSBAND. My husband is soon to launch his own advertising company. He has prepared hard for this. For nearly ten years, he worked as the leading art director in one of the most prestigious advertising company in the city. Bubbling with experience, he is ready to start his own. Not yet started and yet he has a lot of clients already waiting for him. His growing reputation already secured him an office in a popular business district. What I thought odd is his insistence on buying a maintenance management software. I thought he should focus his mind on more important business matters. It will be a perfect time to meet with his clients already. Or interviewing his employees. What is so significant with a maintenance management software that takes precedence over others? I do not think it has much to do with advertising work.
Naturally, I asked my husband about this. Why the big fuss and worry over a maintenance management software? I thought it was just for construction companies? I said he should devote his time to running his company. Don’t think for a moment I’m not trying to do that. That’s what my husband told me, ever so calmly. He wants to concentrate in running his company. He is also making sure that he will be an active member of the creative team. That is why it’s essential for him to have the maintenance management software. With proper implementation and use, he will have more time in his hands.
With the use of the maintenance management software, he will be able to make routine many office function in the company. Every distinct maintenance facet of his company will be tracked, recorded, and properly handled in an industrious manner. Maintenance management software is going to tell you all about troubles and any possible downtime. Coming with the proper statistics, it will give you information with which you can improve the efficiency of your company in the future. Right there and then it hit me. It was only then that I realize the importance of the maintenance management software. Translated, it gives my husband more time to interact with his team of designers. Instead of thumbing through numbers and info, he will have time doing designs himself. When it downed on me, I couldn’t help but admire my husband. I really have to give him a grudging respect. He was really planning in advance. Great brilliant move from a real smart guy. My hats off to him.

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Jared Sullinger felt he needed to play, even if he wasn't
100 percent.
Whatever that percentage was, it was still pretty good.
Sullinger bounced back from his latest injury to put up 18 points and 11
rebounds, leading No. 2 Ohio State past Lamar 70-50 on Tuesday night.
"It's life. You don't go through a career in basketball injury-free," the
6-foot-9 sophomore said. "Fortunately, it's now instead of life."
The most important stat was that he played 30 minutes.
"I missed too much," he said of his recent minutes lost due to physical
ailments. "The back spasms and now the foot, I've got to get back into the
routine. I can't really sit here and wait for it to heal up. By that time, I
won't have my timing down on plays, defensively or offensively. So I had to
get back as soon as possible."
Coach Thad Matta said it was essential for Sullinger to get back on the court.
He said any absence, but particularly that of your best player, adds to the
trials of being a coach.
"It does because you're not in full force. It's the ...
