The reason I recommend Wii is the fact that it is fun for the whole family. There are so many games that doesn't require high skill gaming level. Enjoy playing Wii games with other members of your family even if your child or your brother or sister who was five years old, you can enjoy Wii games with them.
I purchased the Nintendo Wii Black Bundle a few months ago. My children like it very much! Try Wii sports, and you will find an attractive play. Your family will enjoy it. Many games are very entertaining. There are boxing game, tennis, archery, skydiving, and many others. I personally really like mario kart. It is fun for children and even adults.
Because Wii is instantly fun, people who have never played before can easily join a game such as Sports, Sports Resort, Mario Kart, and Wii Ski. Swordplay in Wii Sports Resort is a great success for social gatherings. I am not saying that the game is very easy - only that does not require hours of practice to have fun.
For people interested in wii packages . You do not need much extra other than what comes in the box. You will be equipped with the Wii controller and Wii remote. Here I suggest you to get one remote again so you can play multiplayer
