Top Of The Range DSLR Cameras
When it comes to DSLR cameras and considering the product range provided by the top brands there are minor differences it terms of performance and capabilities. Such that the one that you choose is then based on what you prefer rather than anything esle. To illustrate this point I will briefly review the top 10 cameras for clarification.
- Canon Rebel XS: Can shoot 3 frames per second, is 10.1 mega pixels, has DIGIC III image processing and 7 point wide area automatic focusing.
- Olympus Evolt: Can be used with a number of lenses and is compact, Has 2.5 inch LCD live view screen, is 10.0 mega pixels and uses different storage accessories such as Micro drive, CF and memory cards .
- Nikon D700: You can make light, brightness, color and contrast adjustments and it also has a wide area focus and has preliminary picture preview to allow you to see how the image will look like after you’ve taken it.
- Nikon D300 DX: Has a 3 inch LCD live view screen, 12.3 mega pixels and a new 51 point auto focus system.
- Canon EOS 40D: Has 6.5 frame per second shooting, also has a 3inch live view LCD and is 10.0 mega pixels
- Nikon D80: Has very high image resolution and will produce good quality pictures. 10.2 mega pixels.
- Canon EOS 50D: uses standard USM lens, is 15.1 mega pixels and has face recognition and motion sensor modes .
- Nikon D60: comes with a G vibration lens, is 10.2 mega pixels and has a 2.5 inch LCD screen .
- Nikon D90 DX: Includes scene recognition system, 3 inch LCD screen and is12.3 mega pixels.
- Canon Digital Rebel XSi: Has DIGIC III image processor, 12.2 mega pixels and integrated cleaning system. It also allows you to store images on standard memory cards.

Ghost Race Lector Pro review (Bike Radar)
German bikes have a reputation for being stiff. Although a frame that’s rigid
in the right places is a good thing, stiffness everywhere isn’t. On smooth
roads it’ll feel superb but on coarser surfaces you’ll feel beaten up.
Thankfully that’s not the case with the Ghost Lector Pro. We’ve been hugely
impressed with the Bavarian machine’s ride.
The all-carbon frame and fork are beautifully put together. At just 7.5kg it’s
a lightweight chassis, and makes the Lector a climber’s dream. On downs or on
the flat, the solid bottom bracket shell and deep chainstays help keep power
delivery smooth and free of flex, while the carbon top tube and seatstays are
slim, making for a remarkably comfortable ride despite the race-specific
geometry.
The fork continues the smoothness theme, offering a vibration-killing amount
of fore-and-aft movement. The rigidity side to side is good rather than
outstanding, though, and the occasional correction is required on descents
when your weight is shifted further forward. The big story here, though, is
the electronic drivetrain.
